We want you to love your SkyBuzz flyer. Here's how we make it right if something isn't perfect.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
🔁 Changed Your Mind
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns for change-of-mind requests. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery — we'll do our best to find a fair solution, which may include a partial refund or store credit.
💰 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we confirm the issue. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, used beyond testing, or missing original packaging/accessories are not eligible for any refund or exchange.
